You can save a project as a template. Then you will be able to create new projects based on the project template. This will save your time on the project data input.
To save a project as a template:
- Go to Company.
- Under Project management, click Projects.
- In Projects catalog, do any of the following:
- Select a project line and click Save as template.
- Double-click a project line. Then, in the project details window, click Save as template.
- In the Project template (create) window, in the Description field, enter the project template name or short description.
- Click Save and close.
The project template is saved. It includes the following project details:
- General info.
- Settings such as duration unit and work schedule settings.
- Planning details such as project phases, their dates and duration.
