1. Production task management
Now 1C:Drive supports the Production task management. You can generate multiple production tasks in one click. They will be available for further processing in the Production tasks management workplace. From this workplace, you can manage production tasks as follows:
- Assign to employees
- Split into multiple tasks
- Change statuses
- Monitor statuses
To be able to manage production tasks, go to Settings > Accounting settings > Production and select the Use production tasks check box.
2. Enhanced demand planning tool
The Demand planning tool has been enhanced. Now you can use it to analyze materials required for production orders included in production planning. The tool determines this demand on the basis of Work in progress related to the production orders.
3. Zero invoice issued/received
Now zero invoice management is supported. You can register zero invoices issued to customers or received from suppliers. This will help you track invoices issued and received under certain agreements. To register a zero invoice (for instance, a zero sales invoice), set the invoice type to Zero invoice.
4. E-Archive invoice and E-Invoice
1C:Drive has been integrated with Electronic Document Management (EDM) and E-Finance solutions.
Now electronic invoicing is supported. With this tool, you can do the following:
- Send E-Archive invoices
- Send E-Invoices
- Receive E-Invoices
