1C:Drive supports business transactions in multiple currencies. They include the following:
- Presentation currency.
A base currency of a company’s business transactions. Amounts in business documents are converted to this currency and shown in reports. A company can have only one presentation currency. - Foreign currency.
An alternative currency of a company’s business transactions. It can be any currency other than the presentation currency. A company can have multiple alternative currencies. The exchange rate of an alternative currency is established against the presentation currency.
All currencies are stored in the Currencies catalog. To open it:
- Go to Company.
- Under Enterprise, click All catalogs.
- In the displayed window, under Classifiers, click Currencies.

Before you start processing business documents, do the following:
- Register currencies required for your business needs.
- Set up the presentation currency.
- Specify exchange rates for foreign currencies.
