A company is a business entity that uses 1C:Drive for managing their business activities.
1C:Drive supports the following options:
- Single company management
- Multi-company management
By default, 1C:Drive is set up for single company management. If this meets your needs, go to Company > Enterprise > Company details and specify your company details as described in Creating companies.
To set up multi-company management, do the following:
- Go to Settings > Accounting settings > Company > Multiple businesses.
- Select the Use multiple businesses accounting check box.
- In the Companies catalog, create companies.
Then you will be able to specify a company in each business document and view reports by companies.
